Fifth day to our August Ice cream special takes us to visit chef @christophe_michalak at @patisseries_michalak to try these adorable ice cream bears on a stick, one is strawberry Violette and the other is chocolate coconut. It's almost too cute to eat (but I ate it for sure) shoes by @rivieras_france

This is one of my favorite eclairs from @fauchon_paris and chef @francoisdaubinet as it was one of the first eclairs on @desserted_in_paris the "eclair Hokusai" made with Madagascar bourbon vanilla and salted butter mousseline cream. Shoes by @maians

I think blueberries are one of my favorite fruits in the world, this is why when I saw this “eclair Myrtille” by chef @christopheadam at @leclairdegenieofficiel I had to try it. Made with blueberry cream, blueberry glaçage and fresh blueberries, it’s the perfect blueberry combo. Shoes by @fiocconero

Here’s another good reason to leave the house on a Sunday and go taste a lemon dessert by @senoble_famille_gourmande and not just a lemon dessert, but an “Île flottante au citron” made with a sablé base, crémeux of citron, confit of yuzu and lemon mousse. Shoes by @bobbies

No I am not getting married (unless this cake proposes) but I couldn't resist this "Marie-Antoinette rose framboises" by @maisonladuree and chef @claire.heitzler made with macaron base, rose petal cream, confit of raspberries and fresh litchis and raspberries. And in case you wanna taste with friends (4 to 6 people) it all you have to do is pre order it in advance from Ladurée. Shoes by @bobbies

Well good morning and welcome to my daily tasting and today I am visiting @boulangerieutopie where I arrived to try this rhubarbe cardamom cake made with cardamom financier, rhubarb compote, rhubarb mousse and cardamom chantilly.
