Six of my secret spots in the Marais (members only)

I’ve been leading a few walking tours of the Marais recently and I feel like I’ve really perfected my route.

I often feel the urge to share pictures from the walks, but I’m also conscious of sharing too much with the public, given I want to have a few surprises for my tour guests in the future.

However, yesterday I received some really lovely photos from a tour guest who captured the mood so well, especially our “getting through closed doors” vibe, and I thought you’d like to see them. Six of my (many) secret spots.

So here they are, thanks to tour guest Cameron. I’ve added the names of the places above each set of pictures, so you can find it all for yourself. Or better still, book a tour with me. I almost always do the Monday morning Marais walk, but can certainly be tempted to do private tours too. Otherwise, we have a great gang of talented guides who’d love to show you Paris. Here’s where to book them ðŸ™‚

1. The gardens of the Hotel de Sully

2. The Hotel de Soubise

3. Hôtel de Lamoignon

4. Saint Paul church and its hidden red door

5. Inner Courtyards of the Credit Municipale

6. Hotel de Beauvais

That’ll do for now, more soon! Book a tour with us here.
