Auctioneer Christophe Lucien is on The Earful Tower podcast this week, talking about his incredible sales of Paris memorabilia.
His latest “Paris Mon Amour” sale was this week and included everything from a Hector Guimard art nouveau bench to an actual bouquiniste stand by the Seine. Also, there were antique canes, painting, Eiffel Tower trinkets from the 1800s and much more.
The main drawcard, he said, were the chandeliers that once hung in the Grand Hôtel of the Palais d’Orsay. Listen to the episode below.

This week’s episode is a remastered version of an episode from the Earful Tower archives, re-released to mark this week’s “Paris mon amour” auction, which happens every year. Find out more about Christophe here at Lucien Paris.
At a previous Paris Mon Amour auction, Christophe gave Earful Tower Members exclusive access to the showroom. This link goes to a 35 minute video of Christophe revealing his treasures, explaining how he gets them, and giving us a behind-the scenes look.
