Today’s podcast guest is Michael Kennedy from the wonderful Paname Brewing Company, a brewery and tap house in the 19th arrondissement.

And besides running one of the best bars in Paris, Michael knows a thing or two about the Paris bar scene. After all, he has been in the game for 27 years.

He talks about tips for defeating French admin when opening a bar in Paris, the explosion of the craft beer movement, and how the names of his beers were inspired by historical French gangs.
