The holidays are here – and that means it’s time for a holiday episode.
Today’s guest, Julie Huh, lives in a beautiful chateau in the Mayenne department to the west of Paris.
And I just went out to visit for the weekend!
Julie, who is originally from Korea, has spent the past few years renovating her beautiful manor. And as you can imagine, this has come with numerous challenges. Like, for instance, when the bathroom fell through the kitchen ceiling.
But don’t let me ruin the story, here is Julie telling it on the podcast. Check it out (and subscribe!)
If you want to find out more about Julie’s chateau (and if you want to stay there too!) then check out this link here.
For more from The Earful Tower, why not become a Patreon supporter? I heard membership is a great stocking filler 😉
And heck, why not grab yourself a copy of my new book here.
Oh, you want more pics from Julie’s chateau? Ok, I’ll leave you with a few from her popular Instagram page.
If you want to learn French with Camille’s method, find the audiobooks here.

Curious about the rooftop bar in Chicago — is it Fountainhead? http://fountainheadchicago.com
No sir. Clue: it’s the biggest rooftop bar in the world, according to Guinness world records anyway…
That is absolutely crushing it! Great venue.
